This is the time to be getting the boat back into shape for the busy season, if you are like most who take the Winter off. And if you are out there doing it? Where are your updates? Others need these things to help them remember some of the stuff they have forgotten. How about some aspirations for this year? Anybody have ideas about a good place for a group outing? It is time to wake up and sound off! Pull up the anchor.... it's time to run!!

We are starting to plan trips for the summer, as we do I'm going to post them on the event calender. Hopefully more people will join us as we bounce around Florida this year.

Oh, and it hasn't been real busy on here lately so I've been web surfing on other sites. (Yes I realy do more than boat, but not much)

I over looked the trailer lights, they will be checked this weekend. I have a dream of doing the Okeechobee Waterway. One day it will happen.

I am here!!!!!  Ok, I will admit that I don't do a whole lot to get the boat back in shape, BUT I have started tanning so that I don't FRY the first trip out-----does that count????? 

Interesting.  How do you do aboat getting fried before boating season?  What are your methods as I do the same thing, beginnging May 1st.   Let's compare notes.

As "un macho" as it sounds, a tanning bed for a couple of trips will put down a nice base tan so you have a place to start once the boating season begins. For us in Florida, we never realy "stop" boating so it's just a matter of getting tan on the spots covered in the "winter" here. Which is what Jennifer was referring to.
