I found this on page two, and since the season is just around the corner I thought I'd re post it.

I don't know what you would realy call it, but hwere is what I cooked tonight.

I boiled linguini noodles, then drained them and tossed them with olive oil, molly mc butter, and lemon juice.

I sauted the scallops in olive oil, molly mc butter, garlic salt, course sea salt, lemon juice, lime juice, red wine viniger, oregano, and some everglades seasoning.

I put a bed of noodles on a plate, added some scallops on top then sprinkled on parmeson cheese.

MMMmmm it was good!

So, does this have a name, or can we think of something to call it?

How about this.

We put a shallow pan on the grill with butter, lemon juice, seasoning, and sea salt. While we are cleaning scallops one of us goes in and washes a handfull at a time and adds to the pan once we are close to the end of the cleaning chores.

When we are done cleaning, we wash up and sit around enjoying our favorite adult beverage while eating the sweet little morsals right out of the pan.  A bag of chips, or if someone feels like firing up a fryer for some hushpuppies and french fries, and you have happy people!

I was picking on Teena, the first scallop she ever tried was from the store and I thought she was going to throw up. We finaly got her to try one fresh, and as you can see she is hooked. I even got her to try a shrimp one time, and she liked it!
