He adapted very easily. I still work a few days a month and have had a little harder time at this life than him. HOWEVER with summer here, I am handling retirement very well. Living aboard is easy but not going to work every day, thats hard some days!! But after a margarita with my breakfast I feel much better. Living aboard and waking up every morning on the water, hearing the birds not a boom box running thru the neighborhood, the rush of the water under you making a nice quite sound against the hull, taking a deep breath and not passing out from exhaust fumes, .....that is why we did it. I look back now at all the hard work and time we put into Lebitch, all the material things we gave up, all the money we invested and still say " I wish we would of done it 20 years ago" Nothing better than retirement and living aboard |
