NOW THAT IS A STUPID BOATER TRICK!!!!!!!!!

Watch the people running off the deck, its a wonder they didnt fall in or get hit 

Port, or Starboard! The first rule of navigation is AVOID COLLISION!

All the other rules go to the wayside to avoid a collision. If you look the boat with the video looks like it was  anchored, they were trying to pull and run. Why else would you not change course if you had a camera running?

It IS a stupid boater trick on the part of the oncoming boat.

That was a pretty scary video.
