Port, or Starboard! The first rule of navigation is AVOID COLLISION!

All the other rules go to the wayside to avoid a collision. If you look the boat with the video looks like it was  anchored, they were trying to pull and run. Why else would you not change course if you had a camera running?

It IS a stupid boater trick on the part of the oncoming boat.
