Does staying on board as often as possible count a little?

I think I am a live Aboard wannabee!!!  I am wondering how big of a boat it would take for me to make that a reality???  I do love the times we have stayed on board, and we have met some great people at the marina's we have stayed at.

It doesnt take a large boat, just get rid of the kids and all the Stuff...

Ours has about the same amount of footage as you would find in a small mobile home.

The nicest thing, NO yard to mow on the weekends, NO honey do projects to complete over the weekend, NO mortgage payment, NO property taxes, Small area to clean, No clutter to pick up.

AND the most awesome view every day, every night....

I like the get rid of the kids part........Does that count Stan???    We are going to have to make plans to come up your way!!!  I was pointing boats out all weekend asking Stan, "is that how big the boat LeBitch lives on??"  I have found some bigggggggggggg ones, but then we would basically have a mortgage!!!

Yes, some of those have HUGE mortgage payments. Where is the fun in that it maybe nice to look at but where is the enjoyment when you are making those payments....

Ours is small for a liveaboard but its paid for and works for us 

If you head this way some weekend the marina where we are has cabin rentals and Rv spaces. Its nice and quite here... Not to far from the Glen, Salt Springs, Buffalo Bluff, Rodman Dam or Crescent Lake. Plenty of places to go EAT and DRINK!!!

Do they have transient slips? And would you guys be willing to show us the way to Outback Crab Shack by boat?

Yes, they have slips for overnight. We could do a outback crabshack trip.

I am all for that!!!!!!!!
