TO EVERYONE:

JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT WE HAVE SO FAR HEARD FROM A FEW PEOPLE THAT DIDN'T WEATER THE STORM SO WELL. IT'S NOT LOOKING TOO GOOD FOR ASTOR OR THE ST. JOHNS AT THIS TIME. MYSELF, MY HUSBAND CHRIS (AKA LUGNUT), STAN AND HIS WIFE JENNIFER ARE HERE TO LEND A HAND TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS IT.

MILLISSA AND TERRY (LEBITCH) ARE LIVEABOARDS ON THE ST. JOHNS AND NOT SURE AT THIS MOMENT WHAT THEY WILL BE FACING AT THE END OF TODAY. ALOT OF FLOODING IN ASTOR PERIOD. A FEW PEOPLE WERE PLANNING TO STAY AT BLAIR'S JUNGE DEN FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND, THOSE HAVE CHANGED AS WE DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH RAIN THEY ACTUALLY RECEIVED AND IF ANY DAMAGE WAS DONE. THEY WERE FLOODED IN 2004 AND WERE CLOSED FOR QUITE SOMETIME. STAN MENTIONED GETTING A HOLE OF MIKE FROM BLAIR'S TO SEE IF THEY WERE I NEED OF ANY HELP. HE'S ALWAYS THINKING OF OTHERS THAT WAY. SO I JUST WANTED TO JUMP IN AND SAY THAT WE ARE HERE TO HELP IF ANYONE NEEDS ANYTHING. PLEASE LET US KNOW!!

First to my wife, Ilove you and great minds think alike.

 To Everyone:

     My wife has put it out there , if any one needs help we are here for you. The amount of help my wife and I have recieved in the past was incredable.Now it's time to pay back ten fold.

  Please post something if you are able to let us know how everyone is doing, and if you need help let us know.

Everyone has their own way of dealing with the aftermath of a storm. We will be glad to help if we can, but I'm not going to just show up because I know sometimes that causes more stress for people.

The last thing people in Astor or anywhere on the river for that matter need is boats running around getting in peoples way. It will be days or weeks before the water resides, in the mean time keep these people in your prayers, keep an open door for our brother and sister boaters, and be available if someone asks for help.
