I make them the night before and put them in a ziplock bag with a little marinade. I use chicken and steak along with fresh mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and peppers. When we get to our destination, Ran pulls out the portable grill and cooks them up. They are delicious! They take a little more preparation then hot dogs and hamburgers, but they are well worth it!!! |
