I can only find a couple set dates for holiday boat parades. Palatka, Welaka, Deland have no date set and I can not confirm but I believe Sanford Lake Monroe Parade is the same evening as Astor Parade.

Astor 2008 Lighted Boat Parade Dec 6, 2008

Deland boat parade December 13th @ 6pm.

We usualy get on the water mid afternoon for a little cruise towards Hontoon Island, then raft up a little south of the bridge for the parade.

Who wants to get together and join the raft up?
